Vijay learned early on in his career how he could acquire new build off plan properties with no money down and has turned that into a flourishing career spanning more than 20 years. Vijay began his career in 1990 as a sales manager at Premier Finance before transitioning into his role as Customer Account Manager at Lloyds TSB Bank Plc in September of 1995.

While at Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, Vijay provided advice on all mortgages and general insurance products including health protection, private medical cover, travel insurance, motor insurance, home insurance and credit cards. Part of his responsibilities also included opening new personal savings and current accounts with regulated referrals for life, savings and investments and pensions. During his tenure at Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, Vijay consistently exceeded sales above target at 200% every year and was always in the top 20 advisers nationally out of 1500.

In March of 2003, Vijay Kumar Sharma began his own IFA business where he provided a full range of financial planning solutions across all areas of need in life, pensions, investment, commercial finance, mortgages and general insurance nationwide. Vijay would generate business via purchased leads, his own sources and through recommendations.

Vijay Kumar Sharma’s experience has been entirely within the financial/mortgage services and property environment and liaising with the public. Utilizing a positive and professional attitude has proved pivotal to Vijay’s success. In early 2019, Vijay opened a new UK property investment business, Strategic Property Group, that will be a family run business with his nephew, Vishal Sharma. Vijay has partnered with a national UK firm, Sourced, who have a global network of property investors and projects.
